As the administrative core, Dane Group Services provides and manages all areas of Accounting, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Safety for all organizations within our group.

MEET OUR TEAM

Amber Covington

President, Dane Group Services

Amber began her career with DANE Construction in 2004 while in school obtaining a Bachelors in Accounting degree. She currently serves as Executive Vice President for both Dane Construction and Concrete Matters, while also holding the title of President of Dane Group Services since its inception in 2019. As the leader of Dane Group Services, Amber oversees all accounting and administrative functions for all organizations within our group. Amber’s primary goals are to assist each organization in developing and achieving their individual strategic growth plans, maintain strong balance sheets, and create value for current and future stakeholders.  

Denise Luther

Director of Safety and Human Resources

Denise serves as the Safety Director for all organizations within our group, she is responsible for implementing and managing all safety and risk programs, policies, and procedures. Denise brings strong leadership to the safety team with expertise in construction safety and insurance claims management. Denise began her career within our group in 2002, she has extensive OSHA training and is a certified instructor for OSHA 10 & 30.  Additionally, Denise holds her C-MESH, Manager of Environmental Safety and Health, certification.

Ashley Blythe

Human Resources Manager

Ashley joined our team as the Human Resources Manager in 2019. She is responsible for developing an effective human resources infrastructure to successfully support business operations. Her responsibilities encompass all facets of human resources, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR technologies.

 

Prior to DGS, Ashley worked at Jabil in the Human Resources department where she focused on Learning and Talent Development. She also taught high school Business and Marketing classes.

Kristin Drinka

Office Manager & Accountant

Kristin is originally from Wisconsin and moved to North Carolina in 2005. She joined our team in 2009 and is currently serving as Office Manager. Kristin oversees the accounts payable and receivables departments, as well as payroll, contracts, and the day-to-day administrative functions for all organizations within our group.
