Adam Holcomb, PE
President, Dane Construction
Adam began his career with Dane Construction as a Project Engineer in 2002 after obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. In 2007 he was promoted to Project Manager, managing construction projects for the NCDOT, SCDOT, various municipalities, and private developers. Adam was promoted to President of Dane Construction in 2019. Adam’s primary goal as President of Dane Construction is to drive their strategic growth plan and ensure goals are met through the use of great leadership and accountability.
Pete Weber
Vice President, Estimating
Pete served as Dane Construction’s lead Estimator for over twenty years before stepping into the role of Vice President over the Estimating Department. Prior to joining our team in 1998, Pete obtained extensive experience working in a variety of roles for several large construction companies across the United States. Pete's project portfolio includes large contracts with values between $35 million and $250 million and he's played a role in the construction of many iconic bridges around the nation, including Michigan, Virginia, Alabama, South Carolina, Minnesota, and California. Pete enjoys witnessing the daily progress made while working towards the goal of completing every project on budget and ahead of schedule.
